Refunds and Policies


Refund Policy

  • Up to 1 month before the event: 75% refund

  • 1 month to 2 weeks before the event: 50% refund

  • 13 days or fewer before the event: No refund


Please note: Refunds will not be issued if an event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the event organisers. However, we will endeavour to reschedule the event where possible.


Race Bibs

Race bibs must be returned to the organisers after the event. Any bibs not returned will incur a $40 replacement fee per bib, which will be charged to the team or school associated with that bib number.


Lost Property

After each event, we will post any lost property on our Facebook page. If you believe you’ve left something behind, please email us as soon as possible. Unclaimed items will be donated to a local school, charity shop, or other appropriate organisation.


Medical Waiver

By entering any of our events, you confirm that you (or your child) are physically fit to participate and can manage any medical conditions independently, without requiring assistance from event organisers.
